PINNACLE Enterprises provides affordable housing to seniors and at risk populations.Its experienced and diverse team of professionals have for the past 30 years been offering healthcare and supportive services to the Philadelphia home and community environments and to other communities including those in Chicago, Georgia, Delaware and New Jersey. LINDLEY APARTMENTS is a modern, high rise, mixed-use affordable housing community rising out of the Logan/Olney area in close proximity to the Logan Station/Broad Street Line with front-door public bus service.
• Our community concept begins with the 14,000 square foot of office, commercial space and community space on the first floor of the building.
• Our 62 years and older, and special needs residents, enjoy health services and community events in a green controlled and secure environment on the first floor and 48 affordable apartments on the easily accessible upper three floors.
• Our bright, sunny, open-style apartments, with large windows, offer energy efficient HVAC systems, low-flow faucets, shower heads and toilets.
• Combined with the many on-site conveniences and access to the new local Rite-Aid Pharmacy, groceries, convenience retail stores and restaurants, our residents will enjoy a vibrant and welcoming community to live and worship.
